The Challenge The primary challenge is to accurately define the problem and gather relevant data at regular intervals throughout the week to foster self-awareness and personal growth. Key considerations include determining the right tone of voice, identifying essential functionalities, and deciding how frequently to engage users in the process. The Solution We proposed an application that collects information on users' emotional well-being, offers guided meditations, tools for relaxation, and encourages journaling as part of a holistic experience. This platform focuses on overall well-being and functions as a personal coach, free from religious affiliations. The Result This application supports users across various age groups and career stages by tracking emotional patterns and identifying stress triggers. By offering insights and personalized guidance, it helps reduce anxiety, manage stress, and promote long-term well-being, ultimately empowering users to thrive both personally and professionally.
