Overview The Louvre Museum lacked a dedicated application to enhance the visitor experience. The goal was to create a platform to accommodate visitors to the museum, that appeals to a wide demographic, establishes a fresh brand identity, and offers an immersive, user-friendly experience that promotes exploration and satisfaction.

The goal was to create a platform to accommodate visitors to the museum, that appeals to a wide demographic, establishes a fresh brand identity, and offers an immersive, user-friendly experience that promotes exploration and satisfaction.

The Challenge User research identified key challenges, including difficulties to enter the museum, problems of network connectivity due to nearby building's interference, confusion due to navigating the museum’s extensive spaces, and inconsistent availability of audio guides. The museum also lacked the technological tools necessary to provide a seamless and enriching visitor experience. The Solution The solution addresses these challenges and improves the overall visitor experience with a platform that includes features such as event information, museum navigation, an audio guide, and an AI-powered camera, designed to deepen visitor engagement with the exhibits. The Result The redesigned digital experience and a refreshed brand identity, has significantly increased visitor satisfaction and engagement. This initiative is expected to encourage repeat visits and foster a stronger connection between visitors and the museum.

Response : Empower visitors by putting in their hands, their tickets, a personal concierge, a personal guide with integrated interactive maps, a wealth of information with a AI camera within the app and the audioguide included.
